Added Winter extension

• I've added the Winter extension here in case anyone wants to be able to utilize some programming logic for pages here. It gives you a lot of flexibility and it's possible to implement a number of cool features using it. In time it'll be added to Heroes Wiki as well, but this is a good place to work with it and build up some experience using it. Documentation for the language can be found here.
